PUBLIC NOTICE
THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by Lorenzi, Dodds, and Gunnill, Inc, for approval of a Special Exception use to construct mini-warehouses in the Neighborhood Commercial (CN) zone, as provided in Article XIII, §297-212, (Use #7.02.230) and Article XXV, §297-415 of the Charles County Zoning Ordinance. The project site, designated as Tax Map 89, Grid 14, Parcel 164, consists of approximately 2.738 acres and is in the Neighborhood Commercial (CN) Zone. The address of the subject property is Cobb Island Rd, Newburg, Maryland.
The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held remotely via video teleconference. Persons with questions or wanting more information regarding this hearing may call 301-645-0632 for further information. The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
