Reporting How Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Received by Charles County Are Being Used

Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds $31,710,758

  • 50% received May 19, 2021 and 50% in 12 months
  • Require that payments from the Fiscal Recovery Funds be used only to cover costs
    incurred by local government by December 31, 2024
  • A recipient must return any funds not obligated by December 31, 2024, and any funds
    not expended to cover such obligations by December 31, 2026 (on-line and working)
