Building Code Update - Important Information

Effective June 28, 2024, the County will implement the 2021 I-Codes and the 2020 National Electric Code (NEC). All building and trade permits applied for on or after June 28, 2024, must meet these code requirements.

For Applications Submitted BEFORE June 28, 2024 - 2015 Building Code
For Applications Submitted on/or AFTER June 28, 2024 - 2021 Building Code
