The Charles County Commissioners will hold a virtual Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to consider approving the development agreement for the mixed used development known as Waldorf Station. The meeting will be held remotely via video teleconference.
Pursuant to Chapter 297, Article XXX of the Code of Charles County, Developers Greenberg Gibbons have petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to enter into the Waldorf Station Development Agreement. The Waldorf Station Development Agreement identifies the respective obligations of the County and the Developer for the proposed development, including environmental permitting, road improvements, and the staging of the development to ensure balance of commercial and residential construction through development completion. The proposed Agreement will be posted to the County’s Boarddocs website at http://www.boarddocs.com/md/chrlsco/Board.nsf/Public.
