Come out and learn how to transform a pizza box and a Pringles container into Solar Ovens that can melt s’mores, reheat pizza, and cook hot dogs. You and your child will go step by step through how to make and cook with two different type two solar ovens. All supplies used to build are included and sorted for each participant prior to the beginning of class. Weather permitting, participants are encouraged to bring a thawed hot dog from home to cook onsite. Participants will not handle any shared materials during class. Parent or guardian participation is required. Pre-registration required.
