LEGAL NOTICE

A Protest to Renew an Alcoholic Beverage License has been filed in the matter of the Class A – Beer, Wine & Spirituous Liquors (off sale only) Package Goods alcoholic beverage license issued to Shiva Sharma, Andre Patrick Lane, Krystal, LLC, t/a Willett’s Discount Liquor & Deli, 10573 Theodore Green Boulevard, White Plains, Maryland 20695.

This Protest is made in accordance with the Alcoholic Beverages Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland. This is to hereby give notice to the public that a hearing on the Protest to Renew the alcoholic beverage license will be held before the Board of License Commissioners for Charles County, Maryland, to determine whether the license shall or shall not be renewed, on the 13th day of August, 2020, at 2:00 P.M. in the County Commissioners' Meeting Room, Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland.

Any support or opposition of the Protest to Renew this license shall make known his position to the Board of License Commissioners at the time of the above hearing.
