LEGAL NOTICE

Application has been made to the undersigned by Georgos Demetres Goumis, Gios Restaurant, LLC, t/a Gios Restaurant, 3091 Marshall Hall Road, Bryans Road, Maryland 20616 for a new Class H – Beer & Wine (on sale only) alcoholic beverage license, for a premises described as a restaurant.

This application is made in accordance with the Alcoholic Beverages Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and this is to hereby give notice to the public that a virtual hearing will be held before the Board of License Commissioners for Charles County, Maryland, on the application to determine whether the license shall or shall not be granted on the 8th day of October, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. Comments from the public will be accepted by Postal mail or email to BaileyL@CharlesCountyMD.gov until close of business on October 7, 2020. The public will be able to view this meeting on Charles County Government Television (CCGTV) which airs on Comcast Channel 95 and Verizon Channel 10 or at www.CharlesCountyMD.gov. Residents without internet service can listen to the meeting at 301-645-0500.
