Application has been made to the undersigned by Maria Noel Rice, Nancy Dale Rice, Waterbillies, Inc. t/a The Scuttlebutt, 12320 Neale Sound Dr., Cobb Island, Maryland 20625, to add Maria Noel Rice as an additional officer on behalf of Waterbillies, Inc., and upon the Class B/RB (Restaurant/Bar) Beer, Wine & Liquor (on sale only) alcoholic beverage license, at the premises there described.

This application is made in accordance with the Alcoholic Beverages Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and this is to hereby give notice to the public that a virtual hearing will be held before the Board of License Commissioners for Charles County, Maryland, on the application to determine whether the license shall or shall not be granted on the 12th day of November, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. Comments from the public will be accepted by Postal mail, at Board of License Commissioners, 200 Baltimore Street, La Plata, MD 20646, or email to BaileyL@CharlesCountyMD.gov, received by close of business on November 11, 2020. The public will be able to view this meeting on Charles County Government Television (CCGTV) which airs on Comcast Channel 95 and Verizon Channel 10 or at www.CharlesCountyMD.gov. Residents without internet service can listen to the meeting at 301-645-0500.

Any person objecting to the issuance of this license shall make known his objections to the Board of License Commissioners in accordance with the above timeline.
