PUBLIC NOTICE

THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND will be considering one application for Historic Landmark Designation, as described in Article XXXI, Section 297-513 of the Charles County Zoning Ordinance. The subject property, Twifords Store, is located at 5105 Marbury Run Road, Marbury, Maryland. The Historic Preservation Commission is hereby giving notice that a Public Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, November 16, 2020 at 6:00 pm and will be held remotely via video teleconference. Persons with questions or requests for more information regarding this public meeting may call 301-645-0684. This meeting is open to the public.

The application will be available for review in the Planning Division, Planning and Growth Management Department, Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland or online at: https://go.boarddocs.com/md/chrlsco/Board.nsf/Public.
