Zoning Map Amendment (ZMA) #20-01
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Charles County, Maryland will conduct a Public Hearing on March 1, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to consider a proposed Zoning Map Amendment. The meeting will be held remotely via video teleconference. Persons wanting more information may call 301-645-0692. The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
Zoning Map Amendment (ZMA) #20-01 is a request to rezone approximately 7.57 acres of land from the current zoning designation of Rural Conservation (RC) to Commercial Village (CV) in accordance with Chapter 297-448 of the Zoning Ordinance. The subject property is located at 5405 Leonardtown Road in Waldorf.

A call-in option is available to speak during the meeting. Each speaker is allotted three (3) minutes. If a registered speaker is not available when called, the County has the right to move onto the next caller.
