PUBLIC NOTICE
THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by Nick Capuano, on behalf of the homeowner, Brian Franklin requesting a Variance from the Board of Appeals, in accordance with Chapter 297-416 of the Charles County Zoning Ordinance, for the construction of a 16’ x 12’ deck with steps that exceeds the rear building restriction line encroachment allowances of Chapter 297-26.C.(1) of the Charles County Zoning Ordinance. The subject property, identified as Lot 8 in the Leighland Meadows subdivision, is located at 9852 Leighland Court in Waldorf, Maryland.
The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.. The meeting will be held remotely via video teleconference. Persons with questions or wanting more information regarding this hearing may call 301-645-0632 for further information. The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
