PUBLIC NOTICE
THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by Nu Development, LLC requesting Special Exception use approval from the Board of Appeals for a Mini-Warehouse, Use #7.02.230 as provided in Article XIII, Section 297-212, Article XXV, Section 297-415 of the Charles County Zoning Ordinance. The Applicant is proposing to construct a Mini-Warehouse facility that includes approximately 215 fully enclosed storage units and approximately 36 outdoor storage parking spaces for recreational vehicles, boats, and trucks. The project site, designated as Lot A of Parcel 184, within Grid 11, on Tax Map 73, consisting of approximately 12.47 acres and is in the Village Commercial (CV) zone.
The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.. The meeting will be held remotely via video teleconference. Persons with questions or wanting more information regarding this hearing may call 301-645-0632 for further information. The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
