PUBLIC NOTICE
THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by Alphonso Fielding requesting Special Exception use approval from the Board of Appeals for parking of more than one motor vehicle over 15,000 pounds gross vehicle weight, Use #7.02.240 as provided in Article XIII, Section 297-212, Article XXV, Section 297-415 of the Charles County Zoning Ordinance. The project site, designated as Tax Map 36, Grid 12, Parcel 344, Lot 2A consists of approximately 3.0 acres and is in the Agricultural Conservation (AC) zone. The subject property is identified as 6211 Brandywine Road, Hughesville, Maryland.
The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.. The meeting will be held remotely via video teleconference. Persons with questions or wanting more information regarding this hearing may call 301-645-0632 for further information. The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
