PUBLIC NOTICE
Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) #21-164 Business Park (BP) Zone

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Charles County, Maryland will conduct a Public Hearing on August 30, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to consider a proposed Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA). The meeting will be held remotely via teleconference. Persons wanting more information may call 301-645-0692. Public testimony is encouraged.

ZTA #21-164 proposes to define Flex Space and include it as a permissible land use in the Business Park (BP) Zoning District. The application would amend the following Articles of the Charles County Zoning Ordinance: Article III, Article IV, Article VI, Article XIII, Article XVIII, Article XIX, and Article XX.

A call-in option is available to speak during the meeting. Each speaker is allotted three (3) minutes. If a registered speaker is not available when called, the County has the right to move onto the next caller.
