PUBLIC NOTICE
THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by David Martinez, Esq. on behalf of Walter Meinhardt/Insurance Auto Auctions for an Appeal of a Zoning Officer Determination made on July 6, 2021 regarding IAAI, better known as Andrew’s Auto Parts. The subject property is located at 4840 Crain Highway and is further identified as Tax Map 23, Grid 10, Parcel 377 and consists of approximately 26.56 acres. The property is located within the Light Industrial (IG) and Community Commercial (CC) Zones.
The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.. The meeting will be held remotely via video teleconference. Persons with questions or wanting more information regarding this hearing may call 301-645-0632 for further information. The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
The submittal documents for Docket #1438, filed on July 29, 2021 and Staff Memorandum will be available for inspection on or after October 12, 2021 in the Planning Division, Planning and Growth Management Department, Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland or online at: www.charlescountymd.gov/government/boarddocs.
