PUBLIC NOTICE
THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by David Posey requesting a Variance to Figure VI-1 Schedule of Zone Regulations: Agricultural Conservation Zone, Minimum Yard Requirements to allow the property to utilize the Minimum Yard Requirements as defined for residential lots less than three (3) acres created before 12-31-1974. The subject property is located at 7937 Port Tobacco Rd., La Plata, Maryland, and is further designated as Parcel 68, within Grid 19, on Tax Map 43, in the Agricultural Conservation (AC) zone.
The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.. The meeting will be held remotely via video teleconference. Persons with questions or wanting more information regarding this hearing may call 301-645-0632 for further information. The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
