PUBLIC NOTICE
THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by Lorenzi, Dodds & Gunnill, Inc., on behalf of Newton Development Company, requesting Special Exception use approval from the Board of Appeals for a mini-warehouse facility (White Plains Storage), Use #7.02.230, as provided in Article XIII, §297-212, Article XXV, §297-415 of the Charles County Zoning Ordinance. The 1.901-acre property is located at 10775 Wawa Lane in White Plains, MD, and is designated as Lot 210B on Parcel 97, within Grid 24, on Tax Map 14, in the Community Commercial (CC) zone.
The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. The Public Hearing will be held in the Government Building Conference Room (“Blue Room”) and via video teleconference. Persons wanting more information may call 301-645-0692. The Public Hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.

Public testimony may be given either in person or virtually. Each speaker will be allotted three (3) minutes.
