PUBLIC NOTICE
Ridge Grove Estates, Revision #4, PLREV-210010
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Charles County, Maryland will conduct a Public Hearing on July 18, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to consider a proposed Amendment to Ridge Grove Estates, PLREV-210010 (formerly known as XPN #04-0026). The meeting will be held in the Government Building Conference Room (“Blue Room”) and via video teleconference. Persons wanting more information may call 301-645-0692. The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
The Applicant, Ridge Grove, LLC, is requesting to make various revisions to the approved residential PSP, including adding two (2) lots. The Property contains approximately 172.08 acres in the Agricultural Conservation (AC) Zone and is located on the southeast side of Cracklingtown Road in Hughesville, Maryland 20637 on Tax Map 35, Parcel 84. The property is located within Tier III (Septic Tier Designation Map); therefore, the Public Hearing is being held in accordance with § 278-25H of the Subdivision Regulations.

Public testimony may be given either in person or virtually. Each speaker is allotted three (3) minutes. If a registered speaker is not available when called, the County has the right to move onto the next caller.
