Online Permit Portal Unavailable for Upgrades

The Department of Planning and Growth Management online permitting and planning system will be unavailable, starting Saturday, Sept. 24, through Tuesday, Sept. 27, for a system upgrade. During this time, the system will be completely shut down with no access for staff or the public. The software upgrade will improve the overall customer experience when using the system. 

The following items will be impacted or not available during this time:

  • The Citizens Self Service Portal cannot be accessed.
  • Applications cannot be submitted.
  • Invoices cannot be processed and payments cannot be made.
  • Reviews will not be performed.
  • Comment letters cannot be issued.
  • Resubmittals cannot be submitted.
  • Inspections scheduling will be limited and in some cases, not possible.
  • Certificates of Use and Occupancies cannot be issued. 

Be prepared for delays in processing times, applications, project reviews, and scheduling inspections.
