Hours of Operation: Monday-Saturday 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. This facility is closed for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Recycling Centers Accept:

• Residential amounts of recyclable materials
• Generated within Charles County

Not permitted:

• Stake body or box trucks
• DOT registered vehicles

Durable Medical Equipment accepted. Discovery Book Bin for donations of gently used books, DVDs, and CDs.

There is a 10 bag limit for yard waste drop off.

• Gear Oil
• Hydraulic Oil
• Power Steering Fluid
