On April 28, 2020, in anticipation of the Enabling Legislation recently passed in the State Legislature that would allow Charles County Employees the opportunity to organize and collective bargain, the Charles County Commissioners adopted the following guidelines to be followed for any organization wishing to pursue organization of Charles County Employees.  Prior to being granted access to any of the listed Charles County facilities, any organization wishing to conduct organization activities must review, sign and return this Statement agreeing to its terms.  No organization will be permitted access to any of the listed Charles County facilities without agreeing to these terms.
