Remote Hearings 

The Charles County Circuit Court offers remote hearings and settlement conferences whenever possible.  The court may conduct the following type of events remotely:

• Guardianship Hearings
• Status Hearings
• Discovery Status Hearings
• Scheduling Conferences
• Settlement Conferences
• Pretrial Conferences
• Family Recovery Court

The court may also schedule other hearings remotely.
