Charles County Government offers housing assistance to qualified employees that:

• have been employed with the County at least one (1) year

• who are purchasing a home in Charles County

Qualified Charles County employees may receive a 0% interest $5,000 deferred loan from the Charles County Commissioners to be used towards down payment/settlement expenses for their new home.
