The applicant listed on the building permit may submit a Building and Trade Permit Extension Request to extend the expiration date on their permit. Building and Trade Permit Extension Requests are reviewed by the Building Code Official for approval and may be granted an extension up to 180 days.

To submit a request for a Building or Trade Permit Extension, please complete the form below. Once your application has been received and reviewed you will be invoiced an extension fee and any adjusted inspection fees per the current approved fees and charges schedule for any outstanding inspections. This invoice must be paid prior to the extension request being reviewed.
