Project Description: Traffic signal modifications for dedicated left turn movements at the four (4) legs of the intersection;  extend left turn lane from Smallwood Drive onto northbound St. Patrick’s Drive;  upgrade pedestrian ADA handicap ramps, pedestrian push button signals, sidewalk improvements, and improve the existing drainage ditch to minimize roadway flooding.
