Project Description: Construct 3,600 LF of roadway improvements from Acton Lane north to Pierce Road.  Upgrades will include changing a 2-lane road to a 4-lane divided road with curb and gutter, storm water management facilities and shared use hiker/biker facilities.  This roadway will serve as an alternate route for north-south local traffic.
