The Aging and Human Services Division maintains a complete list of licensed Assisted Living Facilities in Charles County and can provide seniors and their families with helpful tips in selecting an Assisted Living Facility.  Assisted living is typically designed to provide housing and supportive services for frail seniors who need daily assistance and, therefore, are at risk of nursing home placement.
