Senior Care and In-Home Care programs are designed to provide access and coordination of services to frail, health-impaired elderly in an effort to allow them to remain in their homes. Financial assistance may be available to eligible clients for services such as in-home care (bathing, light housekeeping, meal preparation), medications, personal care supplies, and home monitoring.
