Duration: 

Approximately 4-8 weeks or until all requirements are met.

Phase 1 Requirements:

• Attend substance abuse treatment as recommended by your treatment provider.
• Attend Court sessions.
• Develop a case management plan with the ADC case manager.
• Submit to drug/alcohol testing at least 2 times per week.
• Compliance with probation requirements.
• Explore self-help meetings, such as AA, NA, Celebrating Recovery, or Smart Recovery.

• No positive drug test results for 14 consecutive days (including behavioral positives).
• Regular attendance at court hearings (no unexcused absences for 30 days).

Duration:

Approximately 12 weeks or until all requirements are met.

Phase 2 Requirements:

• Attend substance abuse treatment as recommended by your treatment provider.
• Attend Court sessions.
• Update case management plan with the ADC case manager.
• Submit to drug/alcohol testing at least 2 times per week.
• Compliance with probation requirements.
• Attend self-help meetings, such as AA, NA, Celebrating Recovery, or Smart Recovery at least 2 times per week and provide documentation.
• Explore education or vocational skills training or maintain current employment as recommended.

Phase 3 Advancement Requirements:

• No positive drug test results for 60 consecutive days (including behavioral positives).
• Regular attendance at court hearings (no unexcused absences for 30 days).
• No unexcused absences from substance use treatment or ancillary service appointments for at least 30 days.
• Must have selected a home group and a sponsor.

Duration:

Approximately 16 weeks or until all requirements are met.

Phase 3 Requirements:

• Attend substance abuse treatment as recommended by your treatment provider.
• Attend Court sessions.
• Update case management plan with the ADC case manager.
• Submit to drug/alcohol testing at least 2 times per week.
• Compliance with probation requirements.
• Attend self-help meetings, such as AA, NA, Celebrating Recovery, or Smart Recovery at least 2 times per week and provide documentation.
• Employed and/or actively engaged in vocational/educational training.
• Begin community service hours.

• No positive drug test results for 90 consecutive days (including behavioral positives).
• Regular attendance at court hearings (no unexcused absences).
• No unexcused absences from substance use treatment or ancillary service appointments for at least 30 days.
• Continued participation in sober support meetings and have an established network.

Duration:

Approximately 16 weeks or until all requirements are met.

Phase 4 Requirements:

• Attend substance abuse treatment as recommended by your treatment provider.
• Attend Court sessions.
• Update case management plan with the ADC case manager.
• Submit to drug/alcohol testing at least 2 times per week.
• Compliance with probation requirements.
• Attend self-help meetings, such as AA, NA, Celebrating Recovery, or Smart Recovery at least 2 times per week and provide documentation.
• Employed and/or actively engaged in vocational/educational training.
• Complete community service hours.

In order to be eligible for graduation, you must complete all requirements in the program as listed in this handbook. However, a final decision on graduation will be made by the judge with input from the ADC team. All scheduled graduation dates are subject to change. You should not make plans that would impact your ability to continue to participate in the program if your graduation date needs to be extended.  Your charges may be dismissed or expunged upon graduation.
